I know you already heard the cuss word accountability and feel like dippin' out. But if you're anything like me, I've about had it with being completely out of whack and need to get back into a rhythm.
If you've fallen off the wagon and are tired of feeling dragged behind it, this is for you!
I don't enjoy cheesy online courses and groups, so I made sure to keep this short, sweet, and to the point. No gimmicks or cutsie pages to fill out.
I have a simple system that I have been implementing in my own life that will work for you too. I've created a simple system that is working for me and it will work for you too.
What's it going to cost you to not join? Being frustrated with yourself. Not achieving your goals. Another month without moving forward...
It's really hard to achieve goals on your own and I can prove it. Even research shows people are 85% more likely to achieve their goals when they have an accountability partner. So let me be yours.
So what will it be for you?
It is good old fashioned accountability. Showing up consistently with like minded people to check in on each others' progress and cheer each other on when we're struggling. It'll be a month long filled with challenges, laughter, breakthrough, and celebration.
I'm looking to work with women who are excited to work with me. Chicas who are ready to commit to a process and stick it out to the end. I'm looking for ladies who are open to group accountability and ready to make a shift in their life. I've got a list of questions below. If they resonate with you and you're excited about possibly getting a little outside perspective, then I hope you sign up!
Have you felt thrown off negatively from a routine or rhythm that you really enjoyed, but can't seem to get back into?
Are you feeling the effects of inactivity such as boredom, anxiety, loneliness, depression, binging, ect.? (I am not a mental health professional so if these are serious and/or debilitating please seek help :) )
Have you started project after project but never seem to have the follow-through?
Do you have some goals in mind, but not quite sure where to start?
Or, are you like me and have overcomplicated your goals/systems and need some clarity?
Do you need to organize some overwhelm in your life, but feel a little too...haha...overwhelmed by the process?
If you answered yes to any of those questions, then this challenge may just be right for you. I only have 5 spots this time around, so check out the deets below and let's get kicking some butt. I'm excited about working with a small group of women who are ready to reboot a few things in their lives. Myself included!
Daily support from the FB group. This gives you a space to check in daily with each other on what is going well and cheer each other on if we are struggling.
You will get (2) 1-on-1 30 minute calls with me at the beginning and end of the challenge. We will chat about what you hope to get out of the group and your feelings about how it went!
Once a week we will spend time together celebrating our wins and troubleshooting the areas that held us up that week. We'll keep it to an hour!
5 Spots Open!!
Someone should invest in Zoom! Seriously. Lol. I know that people are definitely getting tired of Zoom and ready for some face to face action. But, until we can meet safely in groups in person this is the best way we can connect. We will keep these to an hour, and I'll have a list of questions and updates to run through to keep things moving!!
I'd rather sit and enjoy a tea at the local cafe. But alas, here we are! I wanted to add an extra personal touch with a short session with me at the beginning and end. This is as much for you as it is me! I want to learn about what worked for you and what didn't! I also want to get to know you a little more and help you break through some of those walls holding you back.
I hate FB groups as much as the next person. But the truth is I do get a lot out of the ones that mean a lot to me. I have a feeling this group of people is going to be awesome to work with, which means the FB group will follow suit. This is a great way to check in our our daily tasks, celebrate each other, and push each other past our ruts.
